Colorful Non-traditional Engagement Rings Inspired by Spring Flowers
The anticipation of Spring always brings a breath of fresh air to my studio that inspires my creativity to go into overdrive. So much so, that these new diamond alternative non-traditional engagement rings have actually inspired a whole new collection that I will be working on for the Fall season.
These new non-traditional engagement rings are inspired by the colors of the Spring flowers seen here in Florida that seem to suddenly bloom overnight. They are bright and beautiful and add an unexpected pop of color sometimes in places you never thought to look. So, I took those colors of bright blue, pale lilac, fiery red, and dazzling white and created four new engagement rings, in three new styles, all with a bit of a vintage twist.
Swiss Blue Topaz
The new Swiss blue topaz engagement rings were inspired by blue hydrangea flowers that form in large round clusters. The gemstones not only sparkle with vibrant color but they are the perfect stone for a non-traditional engagement ring because they symbolize trust, loyalty, and openness between two people in a loving relationship.
Lavender Moon Quartz
Unexpected and beautiful, these pale lilac lavender moon quartz engagement rings are inspired by the wild violets that seem to pop up almost everywhere. This gemstone is a rare occurring stone that is part of the rose quartz family, and it is not only magical looking, but it would be a lovely choice for a unique engagement ring because finding that special someone to share your life with is rare and beautiful as well.
You can’t go wrong with the gemstone of true love in these fiery garnet engagement rings that are inspired by the lush red hibiscus flowers that are common down here. Garnets have been associated with eternal love for centuries, making these unique diamond alternative engagement rings perfect for a non-traditional bride.
These prismatic rainbow moonstone engagement rings are inspired by the pale pinkish-white bougainvillea flowers that seem to constantly change color from every angle, just like the gemstone. It’s a perfect choice for a bride-to-be that likes to be different and shake things up.
